I’m a little surprised to find many people who don’t believe that they are really living in a cabin in the woods.
I’m not sure I believe that I am.
Yes, you probably are. You are living a pretty mundane life. There is no time for anything, including socializing or taking a vacation. Most of our days are spent sitting around in front of the fire and reading a book or watching TV. That is what we are doing here. You have likely been doing the same thing all of your life, and are probably doing it for a reason. You are probably not even aware of your existence.
That’s right, you are probably not even aware of the existence of your own brain. It’s true, it’s probably not your brain you’re talking about. You’re probably not even aware of how it functions.
Well, the reason is because we are not really here for the reason you think. We are not here to watch you reading a book or relaxing in front of the fire. We are here to kill you.
A lot of us in the board game world don’t like to kill people. Some of us are quite fond of watching people die and watching the agony of others. We enjoy watching the violence and suffering, and the pain of others is something we enjoy as well. But the fact of the matter is we are not here to play this game, and if we can’t understand the reason why we are here then we have no business playing this game at all.
I don’t think that anyone who has spent a day in the wilderness can deny that there is a lot of suffering and suffering in the world. We are all in this life to make our contributions to the world. We are all in this life to make our contributions to the world. The game doesn’t ask you to make any contribution. The game asks you to spend your time in the wild. To learn the ways to survive in the wilderness, to build a cabin, and to build a life. It asks you to do all of that in a place that’s not your home and it isn’t your kitchen. It asks you to build the best and the strongest that you can.
