For Crossfit to be effective, you need to be a lot more focused than you are with your regular workout. For instance, the Crossfit videos that I linked to last night had a 10 minute workout, but the one we saw today had a 30 minute workout. Thats not bad, theres no real reason for this, and it makes Crossfit videos much more entertaining.
I love to listen to Crossfit videos. It’s easy to tell when someone has never done any exercise before. This is one of the advantages to watching them. Its almost like youre watching a movie and the action is happening in slow motion.
