I would say that most people will pay for the music or video.
I would like to say that the price for the iPad is really not that high, and most people are willing to pay for the ability to watch videos that they cant listen to anywhere else. However, it is worth pointing out that even though you are willing to pay for the ability to listen to music or watch videos that you cant listen to anywhere else, you are still going to use your iPad for other things. You are going to use it to play games, listen to music, and more.
That list of what you can do with your iPad is huge. If you are going to use your iPad for video, listen to music, and more, then you are going to use it for everything. With that in mind, I suggest you consider if you are willing to pay for it.
