Starbucks’ board of directors is made up of passionate individuals who care about the company’s employees and its local business community. We recognize that we are in an increasingly competitive industry that requires innovative, intelligent, and strategic thinking. We are proud to have a Board that cares about the Starbucks employees, the local business community, and the people of Santa Monica.
As I’ve said before, Starbucks is a great place to work, and the way the company has grown in the past decade has been one of the company’s best things (although the growth of the company has been a bit too much for me). But our Board of Directors is a group of people who are really good at what they do. They are the kind of people you can count on to step up and make a difference in the world.
There are many people in the Santa Monica community who are already doing a lot more than that. When I first started at the company I thought I would be the kind of person who would be there everyday. But during the past year or so I have realized that I am not the kind of person who works full time. I am too busy doing what I want to do. And the people I work with are the guys and girls who really care about making the company successful.
I feel the same way about my co-workers. I’ve found that I am a lot more productive when I’m not working. As I’ve grown the company to where it is today, the number of people who work here has increased, and so I’ve been able to keep the same kind of people here. They have always been great to work with, and I’ve tried to make my co-workers feel as comfortable as I could. We even have a new job title: Directors.
The Directors team is really busy, and has a lot of responsibility. The main goal of the Directors team is to ensure that the company doesn’t become a stagnant place of business. They have a goal to get things up and running, and make sure that the company doesn’t stagnate. The team is a lot larger than the size of a typical manager’s team, and the Directors members are spread out over a lot more departments.

I think that a lot of companies can become a stagnant place of business, especially if they are small and/or lack a lot of resources, but Starbucks doesnt seem to be that way at all. They have a lot of employees, a lot of resources, and they have a very structured process that allows them to go about the business in a way that is very effective.
Starbucks is a company that has been around for longer than a century. Its employees are all pretty much the same, and they have a very well developed set of rules that they follow when they get together. They have a formalized process for hiring and promoting people, they have a very organized purchasing process, and they have a very structured way of dealing with employee grievances. I can’t imagine any company that would be as successful as Starbucks if they didnt have these things.
