As stated on the website, the board is “a nonprofit organization that takes a broad perspective on natural resources and natural resource management.
There are two board members: David Kline of the Milwaukee County Department of Natural Resources and Steve Kline of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.

The Wisconsin Natural Resources Board represents the interests of the people of Wisconsin, not just their governments. The board has worked with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources to develop the resources management framework.
The purpose of the WNRB is to protect Wisconsin’s natural resources so they can sustainably and responsibly meet the needs of the people of Wisconsin. There are many different types of natural resources in Wisconsin and a comprehensive resource management framework would protect all of them so they can continue to exist.
The WNRB has a pretty robust website with all the resources available for members, so you can check out the information there as well. The WNRB has been around since 1983, so you can really see the amount of work that went into developing this. It really is a lot of work, but it’s a lot of work that pays off.
It’s a lot more than just a bunch of resources though. The WNRB is a government agency that manages and protects all of Wisconsin’s natural resources. For example, the WNRB is in charge of managing water resources, protecting wildlife, controlling invasive species, and preventing pollution. It has a wide range of functions and is a lot more than just a bunch of agencies.
We have to remember that this is a government agency that is doing a lot of heavy lifting. Its a government agency that is doing a lot of heavy lifting. We also have to remember that there are other agencies working on the same job, and that while they have to take care of a lot of heavy lifting, they aren’t the only ones that need to take care of that heavy lifting.
While I’m sure most of the agencies we spoke to are probably working in a similar vein, our understanding of the work they do is more diverse than anyone outside of their agency could have imagined. For example, the Wisconsin Division of Natural Resources (DNR) is primarily responsible for managing the state’s vast natural resources including forests, water, and mineral resources.
Much of what the DNR does is to protect our local areas from the threats of development. The DNR oversees the management of land and natural resources that is owned or leased by the state. They are also called upon by the federal government to protect the environment, and many of these functions are performed by the Forest Service. The DNR is not a state agency either. It is a federal agency and thus is also referred to as the Forest Service.
