So there are a lot of mobile games that have you playing them in the comfort of your own home. It doesn’t have to be that way though. Just because your phone is in your hand doesn’t mean you can just throw your phone in the car and go. A few weeks ago I took my daughter and her friend to see the movie “Ghostbusters” on the big screen.
The thing that really hit me was the way that I could practically feel the ghosts. I could physically feel them, and they were moving around in a way that made my heart pound. I was absolutely scared to death because I had never felt anything like that before. Then I played a game where I was just like, “I can do this!” And then I beat the game.
If you’re at all like me, you want a game that you can play from anywhere in the world. Which is exactly what developers DICE and EA are doing now. Using a game that you can play on your phone (and use all your apps on), you can literally play games on your phone. The good news is that, with this kind of game, you can actually learn to control your own movements.
You can play against AI, train your character, and even create your own custom levels. The best part is that, if you want to play a game where you have to do everything yourself, you can actually get the best out of the game.

The fact of the matter is that it is incredibly hard to play a mobile game of the size and complexity of a mobile game. Because it is so popular, it gets banned fast. Because it is so popular it gets banned too fast. Because it is so popular it gets banned too fast.
I would argue that the amount of time, energy, and money that it takes to develop and develop a mobile game is far greater than what it takes to develop and develop a full-fledged computer game like World of Warcraft. Just ask the developer of the Sims line or the people who built the Angry Birds series. Mobile games might have started their life as simple games, but now they are big, complex, and very, very popular.
Mobile gaming is a relatively new medium, and it is still growing. As of this writing, there are over 300,000 apps in the Apple store alone. That’s compared to the current app count of less than a hundred thousand for the PC market. That’s a huge amount of apps. A large swath of people have never played a single mobile game, and they don’t need to.
